This Christmas I got a Lionel Messi Jersey, which is so sick, and I also got a new game for the wii called EA Sports Active 2. Its an intense work out game. Im in pretty good shape and it got my bpm up over 160. I will write a review about it once I play it some more.

You've proably seen or heard about the Power Balance Wristband. Many think it is just a mind over matter, its up to you to decide. You can buy these on various websites for 25+ bucks, or you can find them on ebay.com for $3-4.

Womens Adidas F50 Adizero

Although I don't have much experience with woman's cleats I can tell you that going the route of the F50 Adizero would be a good way to go. These cleats are very similar to the mens version. These cleats are available on soccer.com.

Nike5 Rolinho Premier

The Nike5 Rolinho Premier futsal ball is so cool. I started playing futsal last year, and I love it. This is my favorite type of ball to use. Its durable, low rebound, and looks sweet. The ball is available on soccer.com for about $40. If you're looking for a good indoor ball this would be the one to get.

Puma PWR-C 2.10

The Puma PWR-C 2.10 is an intense ball. Puma dosn't make very many soccer balls, but when they do they are crazy good.  The ball features the Big Cat logo and is covered in dimples causing the ball to fly straighter. This ball is available on Soccer.com

Nike Total90 Tracer

The Nike Total90 Tracer is the official match ball of the English Premier League. The ball comes in many different colors. My favorite color is the Hi-Vis, Bright Yellow and Purple. This is a sweet ball. It is available on Soccer.com.

Adidas ForMotion Extreme

I love these socks, they are super comfortable and give your foot a full range of motion. The socks are moisture wicking and have spandex in them. I would recommend Adidas Formotion Extreme to anyone. They're availabe on soccer.com.

The Adidas Finale 10 is the official match ball of the UEFA Champions league. The ball is sick looking with a unique star pattern. This ball is available on Soccer.com.

Adidas F50 Adizero sg/fg Hybrid

These are like the Adidas F50 adizeros, except they have interchangable studs, which is sweet if you are playing on different fields alot. They weigh a tad bit more then the Adizero's, but still employ the same technology. These cleats are available on soccer.com.

Adidas Predator PowerSwerve

These are a heavier boot, good for kicking the ball along way. They are my Coach's and David Beckham's favorite cleat and are a good sturdy boot. This type of the Predator has Power Swerve Technology and tungsten powder in the bottom. These cleats are available on amazon.com.

Adidas F50i Tunit

The newest cleat in the Adidas Tunit Family. Lighter then ever and extremely popular because of the ability to customize the studs and chassis. They are related to the Adidas F50 Adizero.
